AI Disclosure

Foundera uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate startup analysis, recommendations, assessments, scores, forecasts, educational content, drafts and other outputs (collectively, "AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are produced by large language models and automated scoring logic, not by a human adviser reviewing your company.

• Foundera Mentor: the chat companion in the app and on Telegram, including selectable coaching styles.
• Startup School: level content, intake suggestions, feedback on your answers and progress guidance.
• AI tools: validation, market research, competitor analysis, pitch-deck review, deal memos, due-diligence helpers, outreach drafts and similar tools.
• Access & Scout: matching, compatibility signals and sourcing suggestions across the directory.
• Build: specs, task lists, agent runs and specialist reviews.
• Scores and digests: readiness and activity scores, weekly updates and daily digest emails.

• AI Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, biased or simply wrong, including where they sound confident and specific.
• AI Outputs are not statements of fact and are not guarantees of any future result.
• Numbers, citations, market sizes, names and links generated by AI must be independently verified before you rely on them.
• Scores, percentages and match signals are heuristics designed to prompt thinking, not measurements of value or quality.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI Outputs before making business, hiring, product, fundraising or investment decisions based on them.

Foundera does not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice. AI Outputs and other content available through Foundera are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Foundera's startup assessments, scores, recommendations and AI-generated opinions must not be interpreted as a guarantee that a business will succeed, raise financing, be accepted into an accelerator, achieve product-market fit or generate any particular financial outcome.

Foundera is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer or securities exchange. AI-generated compatibility signals, thesis-fit indicators and startup scores describe how information matches stated criteria; they are not offers, solicitations, endorsements or recommendations to buy, sell or invest in any security.

To produce AI Outputs, the content you provide may be processed by third-party AI providers acting under contract with us and solely to deliver Foundera features. Processing, retention and security are described in our Privacy Policy. Your visibility settings continue to govern what other Foundera users and investors can see.

You can edit, discard or ignore any AI Output. You can adjust AI behaviour in profile settings (tone, length, language, mentor personality) and manage what the AI remembers about you in the "What Foundera remembers" card. Deleting a memory removes it from future AI context.
