Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 19, 2026
1. Be a real person, honestly represented
- Use your real name and an accurate description of what you do.
- Do not impersonate another person, company, fund or Foundera itself.
- Do not misrepresent traction, funding, credentials or investor status.
- Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, approvals or enforcement.
2. Respect other members' information
- Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-export profiles, startups, directory entries or messages.
- Do not copy another member's profile, startup page or content and present it as your own.
- Do not republish non-public startup information outside Foundera.
- Do not compile, sell or share contact lists or marketing lists built from Foundera.
- Do not attempt to work around visibility settings, approval requirements or access controls.
3. No spam or unsolicited outreach
- No bulk or automated messaging, and no cold marketing to members who did not ask for it.
- Keep messages relevant to the person you are contacting.
- No referral spam, pyramid schemes, token or investment solicitations, or repeated pitches after a "no".
- Job posts, offers and events must be real, current and accurately described.
4. Be decent
- No harassment, threats, stalking or targeted abuse.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
- No sexual harassment, and no adult or graphic content.
- No doxxing or publishing someone's private information.
5. Keep the platform safe
- No malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise accounts or infrastructure.
- No probing, load-testing or circumventing security controls without written permission.
- Report vulnerabilities to us privately rather than exploiting or publishing them.
6. AI use
You may use Foundera's AI to draft and refine your own content. Do not use it to generate deceptive claims, fake traction, fake identities or content that violates these guidelines, and do not present unverified AI output as verified fact to other members. See our AI Disclosure.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, revoke investor or verified status, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Severity, intent and repetition are all taken into account. Serious violations — scraping, impersonation, redistributing confidential founder information — can result in immediate removal without warning.
To report a violation, email support@sololabs.ventures with links and context. These guidelines form part of our Terms of Use.
